The house has a complete Dynalite lighting control system for easy management from the multiple Crestron custom touch-screen interfaces and many automatic & schedule-based functionality.

With a home of this calibre, of paramount importance was the need for extensive security on the sprawling riverfront property.

Every door, window, room, and boundary in this magnificent property is protected by a premium security system including complete property CCTV surveillance, all manageable from a safe room should the need arise.
